Have stayed at The Earl through the years, but the first time with Seaside managing. They are great! The house had some much needed updates and they were easy to work with through the week. Even helping print and scan a needed document for personal needs :) The house is perfect for a low-key family vacation, all you need is that picture perfect view from the covered porch. Easy access to night life. Will be back!
Cloud Nine 3 exceeded our expectations. Seaside vacation rentals was easy to work with, two of us actually arrived early and we were able to get into the condo before noon.
We stayed in Crescent Dunes 404 for a week in mid-august. It's great to be able to find a reasonably-priced pet friendly condo that is oceanfront. It was obvious that the entire building was very pet friendly. The location was fantastic and because the building is not too large the beachfront is never packed. The office staff were also extremely helpful. We had family members driving from multiple states and ended up with 3 cars. Because the building management only issues 2 parking passes per unit the Seaside staff let us park one of our cars in their office parking lot all week which was great. At one point we were outlet shopping and my sister and father who stayed behind managed to lock both keys inside the condo- the office staff were extremely helpful and even offered to swing by and drop an extra key off for them. Overall seems to be a great rental agency and Crescent Dunes was a fantastic location.
I would recommend working with seaside vacations for your rental needs. The staff are very helpful and polite. I stayed at the verandas and couldn't have asked for a better location for someone who wants to get away on their own. Very quiet and beautiful area with a beautiful clean condo. The only concern I had was that it became obvious that the pool and beach access was being used by people who were not staying at Cloud Nine. Our group was the only ones staying at the condos on Sunday. I saw 3 different groups using the pool and multiple groups using the beach access that day
We stayed at the Tidemaster 203 and it had everything you would need for a decent stay. The air conditioner never made it cold, but it was comfortable. It would've been nice to have laundry soap for one wash; if not two, a few trash bags ( that hold heavier trash ), and a few more bath hand towels would've been nice. The pool was clean and always had available chairs. It was nice having the walkway with water available; coming back from the beach. It was a short walk to the shops and entertainment and a short drive to major food places. All in all; the two of us don't require a lot, so it was a pleasant, last minute stay!
