We also told the representative that the unit was filthy. The bathrooms had hair in the toilet, bath tub and floor. There was mold in the toilet. The kitchen sinks were dirty. The floors were not vacuumed (pictures attached). Elliott offered to send another cleaning crew. We declined and asked for cleaning products to clean the unit ourselves. It was apparent, to me, that Elliott does not check on their cleaning crews and I did not trust anyone to come in and clean, nor did I want to "wait" for a cleaning crew to clean the condo AGAIN..
Last time renting through Elliot! The condo we rented in Cherry Grove was absolutely disgusting! After being there for about 10 minutes my feet were completely black from the filth on the floor! We had to go to the store and buy cleaner and spend hours cleaning before we could even unpack. Not what you want to be doing after spending 6 hours in the car traveling with a 14 month old!
We called to have Elliot come 're'clean which was pointless. The didn't show up for over 24 hours and all they used to clean was a dry mop and some spray on the floor. They did bring me a clean mop at least. The unit itself was more than 'outdated' and needs some major work. I'll use another company for the next trip!
This rating of 3 is extremely generous. We drove 6 hours to get here hoping to relax on the beach. All kinds of construction going on hearing the beeps all night long not restful or relaxing. We understand that is not Elliott 's fault however we were not advised of any construction going on when we booked the room. We are unable to use the beach at all. One of the most disturbing issues is the total lack of care and concern from the staff at Elliott. Excuses, no apologies, no offer to move us to another location, nothing. This came on the back of us not having any linens in our room and having to go pick up our own linens after hours. The staff person at Elliott insisting that linens were there in our room that she had proof of delivery. This large rental/real estate agent has become way too independent and after they get your money your stay means nothing to them. Never again will they have the opportunity to treat us this way.
To reconcile our displeasure, we were given a coupon for $30 to one of 4 restaurants in the area. Interestingly 2 of the 4 restaurants were closed and the one we chose was so loud we did not enjoy our meal.
On September 9, 2017 my husband and I rented a condo for October 4, 2017 through October 8, 2017 from Elliott Realty. We reviewed the condo online and read the description. Upon arrival at the condo we were dismayed to find that the unit had NO privacy. We had to keep our curtains closed at all times. There are two pictures, on line, looking outside from the balconies where, if you look close, you can see a "lazy river", which is without water, and therefore looks like the roof top. Unfortunately you could almost jump from the balcony to the lazy river.
Elliott Realty advertises "Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction". Our rental was during the off season and there was no reason why they could have not moved us to another condo in the same building offering more privacy and cleanliness. We are not satisfied customers.
Thank you for your reply. Just a few corrections. The pictures posted for the property were UNCLEAR. You need to have that fixed, ie. take a picture of the unit with WATER in the lazy river. It is true that we were offered dinner vouchers, however, as stated in the review, two of the four restaurants were CLOSED, Very poor offer. Your office did offer to send someone to clean the unit, that is true, however, again, we did not want to wait 2 hours for the unit to be cleaned again. Not only to my expectations but to Health Department expectations, surly Elliott Realty does not think that mold in the toilet and hair in the shower, sink, and toilet is acceptable? Again, Elliott Realty makes a statement that they want "Customer Satisfaction", in order for Elliott Realty to make the claim that Elliott Realty did everything they could to change our dissatisfaction is UNTRUE, Elliott Realty could have moved us, it might have been a loss for Elliott Realty, BUT Elliott Realty would have had satisfied customers, again, this is a claim that Elliott Realty makes.
We were very disappointed with the service and will avoid using Elliott Realty in the future.

We have rented through Elliott for over 12 years. This year we arrived to a unit that had not been cleaned properly. Since we arrived on Sunday I did not expect anyone to come promptly so I cleaned before we could unpack. I reported it Monday morning as well as missing tv remotes and lack of enough towels. Both were provided late that afternoon. I was advised that if I had called on Sunday they would have sent someone out to clean. I will go back next year and hope things have improved. They have never let us down in the past and I hope this was isolated event. We go during the fall and winter for weekly and monthly stays.

The Tahitian Pearl South has roaches and numerous other disappointments. It is for sale as of 12-27-17 and should NOT be listed as a luxury rental. Be warned you rent this place at your own risk. The owner Rick Elliott was the kindest person I've met in quite a while. He was humble and understanding. However his front desk manager Cory was rude, contrite and argumentative. She belittled our concerns about pest acting as though she did us a favor by moving us. We lost an entire day of Chrismas vacation dealing with this nightmare. The Front Desk Manager could use a course in good old southern hospitality.
We called Elliott Realty immediately and requested another condo. We were told that we were “outside” of the refund time. We had NO REASON to drive 4 hours to "review" the condo three weeks prior to our vacation in October.
