This place deserves negative stars! This place is a total scam and the people are the worst! These people art not actually part of the Global you buy into but another company that feeds off their members. I was told that my previous Global membership has been updated and that I need to come in to get more information and that it was close to the vacation place I was staying. I was told that if I came in then I would get a fee week vacation and $50. I go in and talk to the ladies over 20 minutes. , I ask if it was an up sell, of course they denied it. They told me they were going to save me money. Well after my husband circled around for the 20 minutes for a parking spot we were told to have a seat in a room with a number of tables. The music was so LOUD! we could not hear eachother! So we leave the room after sitting there for less than 5 minutes. Then both ladies comes up to us. I tell them my husband is hard of hearing and that I have central auditory processing disorder and that there was no way we could sit in the room with that loud music. There were only 3 other people in that room and maybe she could turn it down? NOPE! Well then maybe you could take us to another quieter room? NOPE! and then a second lady says "there is not problems going in this room, I have not had any problems before" Well, since I know she heard me tell the first lady of our disabilites I have to figure she is really really slow, or she just does not care at all. Well, I did tell her that she haD no place to tell myself or my husband what we can hear or what noise level we could tollerate!. The nerve! Not acommidating people with hearing problems? really????? Well I told my husband that we were leaving and going to the car. I told the ladies that if they were just updating us then they could send the information by mail. I also stated that they should call me if they could see to it that we could hear the presentation in a quiet room! Well days pass and I call the people at this agency and leave my name and number to discuss what happened with a manager.. Do you think I got a call back? OF COURSE NOT! Then I call the number to the real Global connections on the member website and talk to a manager.. Guess what? seems these people are not actually part of the organization but are third parties that just sell membership upgrades for them! Meanwhile I wasted my time, found out it was only an up sell and theY lied to me. And I did not get anything in return for my time!! BEWARE! STAY AWAY! THESE SCUM SUCKERS FEEDING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POND!
