My husband and I walked into their store to purchase the glide rockers that were at the vacation home we rented for bike week. There were two women in the store, one standing and one sitting. The woman who was standing saw us standing in the front entrance, looked at us, then turned back and continued her conversation. She DID NOT acknowledge us at all. So we walked up to them both, they looked at us and once again DID NOT acknowledge our presence and continued to talk. I've never ever had such a HORRIBLE experience. They lost out on what could have been a $1000 sale or better because they chose not to sell to African Americans. I would not recommend this place to anyone of color, for your money WILL NOT be appreciated. We were completely ignored and disrespected. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
TERRIBLE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!! My wife & I walked in, sat on a few pieces of nice furniture that we WERE interested in purchasing. The two women talking looked in our direction & continued with their conversation. Even after being approached to ask them, whom ever worked there, a few questions they STILL continued on with their conversation. We went outside and found a few more pieces of really nice furniture that we were Very interested in buying. Since we were Totally ignored we left!!!! I would NOT recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this place if you are of Color. Not warm or friendly At ALL!!! Acted like we weren't even there!!! Do NOT waste your time OR MONEY in this place, they won't appreciate your business or your money!!!!
Usually a Big Selection - Highly recommend to anyone that is furnishing their Vacation Home here at the Beach.
