I had a wonderful time. Floors were mopped swept place was vacuumed bathrooms were nice and clean no ring around the tub. Everyone was very polite very helpful. Definitely recommend this place we will return the Moore family
Later at dinner we were extremely pleased with the courteous waitstaff. Natasha was so pleasant and knew the menu and helped with recommendations. Being in hospitality myself, it's very much appreciated when the team is put together like this. I'm even staying an extra night just because of the great atmosphere here at Avista. Thank you all for making my mother/son vacation even more memorable! Have a wonderful 2018! I hope your employers know how valuable you are! All the best!
Very nice place. Our first time coming here. Very clean. House keeping were very nice to us every day. Pool was nice and easy walk to beach. Very busy resort but still relaxing. Loved the kids bar. The only thing I say was a downfall to this place is the parking deck is not made for today's large vehicles. If we met another car we had to back up to let them pass and it was hard parking our large SUV in the spaces so we always just went towards the top for more room. We will definitely be back to this place next year.
Spent last 7 Christmas' here with 15 family members. This year was the Best! Upgraded steel appliances, gated parking deck, friendly staff, excellent room service. We had a great time and looking forward to next year there!
Angela (front desk guest services) was fabulous. From the 1st call to reserve the room (sorry that I didnt write down the lady on the phone's name) service was great. Friendly and very helpful!
Went for Thanksgiving holiday. Very pleased with staff and overall experience. Definitely would return to this resort. No issues with housekeeping. Serviced room each day, unlike other resorts. Thank you!
