Worst place to go for dinner with family. It wasn't full less than 15 customers over 55 minute wait on food. Staff clueless food was cold when it came out. Never go again. Go anywhere else unless you love to be treated bad.
The food and waitress were good, however I have been trying to collect rewards from their rewards program the last two visits. It is difficult, apparently you have to order before you go. It seems your rewards must be steak or ribs, but one said it could be something else. There was disagreement there. I think you have to order first and get a code. I tried to unsubscribe from there emails and rewards program by replying to an email THEY sent me. They said they could not unsubscribe me because they do not know my email address (even after I entered it). This is not the destressing event I was seeking. I would rather pay full price elsewhere.
If it was possible to give this place a 0 star review I would. We received the wrong food after almost an hour and forty-five minute wait. The manager was disrespectful and yelled an elderly lady that approached him with concern. After finally receiving our food, it was undercooked and the steaks came out rare. In addition to this issue, a ribeye was ordered and a sirloin was brought out. There is no legitimate reason to receive the wrong cut of meat. Manager did nothing to mitigate the mistakes made by his terribly managed restaurant. I wouldn't advise anyone to ever waste their money and time at this establishment. The staff is unreliable and overall disrespectful of the customer experience.
Great atmosphere n great waitress, good food n an all around #1 service. Enjoyed talking to our waitress n hostess. Will be back again one day.
Pretty nice restaurant with good service. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Steak and other meals were delicious.. Recommend it :)
