The overall experience was ok! But the Managers management skills were terrible. A member of my family has an onion allergy. We told our waitress about his allergy. Our waitress told the Head Chef about it. When it was time for the food come out, the burger had onions on it. The waitress went to the Chef about the onion issue and blamed our waitress for the chef's mistake. The Chef yelled at our waitress in front of the customers and the whole restaurant. We clearly told our waitress about the onion issue and we saw her write it down. The Chef made it clear that it wasn't her fault and clearly hers. Our waitress was clearly embarrassed and upset about the situation.
Awesome food but even better service!! We had the sweetest waitress!! Seriously the BEST waitress I've ever had in any restaurant! Tyesha you're awesome!!!!!! Bosses give her a raise!
I love johnny rockets and have since I was little however I was disappointed with this trip. We were seated fairly quickly however the waitress took forever to come take our order. So long we were discussing where else to go eat instead and it was pretty empty so it's not like she was busy. She finally came over to take our order and seemed to be not in a very great mood and was slow the entire time. She also brought our French fries out before we even had our drinks. Also I realize it was a little early for the dinner rush (around 6:00 pm) but I saw no dancing or singing to the 50's music which is the best part of the experience. All the waiters/waitresses/cooks/hosts etc were just standing around talking.
Great service and great food.
Wonderful family-friendly place. My young kids loved it! Good pop-shop feel and food is great. The fries are especially good.
