I really like petsmart alot. the employees are all ways great and helpful. the store is always clean and we'll stocked .

Great selection on critter food
I brought my cocker spaniel puppy in for his second grooming. When I walked in I told the groomer that I wanted his head trimmed and down his back. Also I explained to her that he had been biting on his ears and they started to have a sour smell so please make sure to wash them very well. When I got back to Petsmart to pick him up they had not even trimmed his back, his head hair was still super long, And he smelled the same as when I brought him in. I had to talk to the groomer for 30 minutes for her to trim his head and it wasn’t even the lady who groomed him. The lady that trimmed his head was really rough on him so it makes me nervous to even think about taking him back there. Then I spoke with the manager who claimed that he smelled fine. I will not be taking my dogs to Petsmart anymore for grooming purposes. The worst part of it all was that I was not even the only one complaining there was another lady who had the same problem.
I want to thank employee, Kay, for her loving service. She helped me fit a blow up collar and sweater for my dog, Devon, who had been bitten by a dog earlier and was still traumatized after his vet visit. Truth be told, I was traumatized too! She also helped me get him into the car as he is a Greyhound. It's wonderful to see the loving care all employees exhibit. There was also another lovely woman who helped but I didn't get her name.
Be kind go on a Saturday and find a new member of the family.
