Customer service in aquatics was awful. I waited 30 minutes to be helped. Not only did i have to search for someone to help me, the lady who was suppose to help me walked away. Will not be back to this store again. I should not have to wait half an hour, just to be told "if you wait a few more minutes ill get someone for you" no. Ive waited long enough
I've never had to return anything to Petco before, but yesterday I did. Mitchell helped me with my return. He also went back to the cat food aisle and made some recommendations. I told him about some of the issues my cat has and he recommended salmon oil. My cat loved it! I can tell the salmon oil makes him feel better after only one day! If I could have taken a survey about my experience I would have given Mitchell and Petco 5 stars. I am so pleased with this experience. Thank you Mitchell!
I had a really good experience at Petco thanks to Wayne he helped me get started on a saltwater tank that i was setting up for my daughter... I was very polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable on everything question that i asked and more....He took the time with me and my daughter and I greatly appreciate that.... Best customer service we've had in a long time...Thank you Wayne
