Very RUDE!!!! My husband and I walked in to dine in 8:04pm on Thursday night. Standing and waiting to be seated. Few minutes pass..Two girls yell at us Stating They are closed!! I said excuse me. Big girl said they close at 8:00.. My husband states .. are you serious?? Girl yells again..yes we closed at 8:00. A gentleman waiting for his carry-out order said The dining room...WOW..turned around to walk out. Looking outside for hours.. there is a sign but NO hours listed
Service was awesome enjoyed the cheese stuffed crust the only complaint is getting to the place it needs a better location but definitely good food.
They had my order totally wrong and when i called and told them they were very rude and said if i didnt want it then bring it back....like wow i got it delivered so i wouldn't have to go out. Then gave the delivery man the money and he never offered my change back. So all in all they need a customer service makeover. And perhaps some experience in taking orders and not being so rude!! Wont eat here ever again!!!
Have never been disappointed with the food. Employee Chris has waited on us the last 2 times we have been & he has made the experience that much better. Fast and friendly business!
Went there to pick up my online order for a buffalo pizza. Got back home and pizza was cold and cheese was not melted. I called back and spoke to a manager and he claimed that he just got in and that I would need to bring the pizza back to show him because the other manager had already left.. My husband and I did just that and he explained that there cheese does not stay melted once it hits sauce. We got another pizza and the cheese was partially melted but as I was eating it there was a hair that was obviously not my blonde hair in the cheese. Let alone the same manager and 2 employees that was there the first time were the same ones there my second time. I'm currently on hold waiting for a pizza hut representative. I do not recommend anyone to go to this pizza hut.
