I absolutely love the subs here but the ONE BIG issue u have is placing my order. My husband and I enjoy everything on our sub. And we bring our 6 children with is and spend over 100 dollars to be huffed at for wanting all the toppings. The guy taking my order just now... Well. Hold up I'm here right now and they just told me my kids is going to take longer due to me wanting all the toppings on the 2 adults. This is unbelievable. Now they bring our and it's a dang mess and they said sorry but when u want all toppings this is what u get. That's so nice. Okay let me back up to taking the order, the guy was like you do realize I have to punch this all in one by one I said sir I'm sorry you not have a loaded button but I imagine it can't be absolutely terrible. He said it is when u have a million other things to do. I told my husband I hate how this place makes me feel for merely ordering my sub the way I like it. I think we will just spend our money elsewhere because this is a non stop problem here and it ruins my families experience.
I absolutely love this place. NY Steamer is my choice for last meal:) Usually order on line & carry out-never a mistake & never a bad sandwich. Plus they are a good neighbor supporting fire fighters and other community projects. TY Firehouse!
