We had a great experience the owner helped us match up a seat post and lent us the tools to fix the bike. She was a lot of fun talking with. I cannot understand all the negatively really folks if you don't know what you want or need what do you expect. 43 year's of experience is plenty for me. This guy was the biggest a**hole I've ever met and charged me about 30$ more than what he said it would be and did a half ass job
