My family has used Thomas Realty since the 70's. First to manage our beach property and later to rent vacation properties from. Always excellent service, never had a single issue. Highly recommend.
Stayed at Sea Pointe. It was a great stay. Clean, everything worked. Easy to get keys from Thomas. Even had a care package in the hotel when we arrived.
Perfect transaction. I will only rent from this company when at North Myrtle Beach. Condo was beautiful, completely clean (ready one hour early, which I know you can't count on, but it was nice) and we had a great time (stayed at 901 Buena Vista which had a great view and was decorated very well). Thanks again for a great vacation, yet another year!
We called to get help booking a condo for three months this winter. They took our phone number and email address and promised to have someone call us right away. We called again the following day and Anna took our information again and said someone would contact us soon. Three weeks later..... nothing!!!! Today I called to speak to a manager and they keep sending my call to voice mail.
We contacted Elliot Realty and had a beautiful condo on the ocean booked in about 10 minutes.
