While living in North Myrtle Beach, the in-person visits were fine. Through no fault of my own, a package was delivered to the PO Box we had at that location until earlier this year. I have contacted the company that sent the package & they don't know how it got sent there either, but said the tracking info shows it was delivered there & for me to call & see if the package could be re-routed to my current address . I have tried repeatedly to call the location where our PO Box was but cannot get an answer!

This location has been very difficult to work with. My carrier continies to place packages that are too large in my mailbox. Then, I cannot get them out. After receiving several damaged packages I was assured that packages would be placed on my porch. Instead a duplicate of a package that had been previously damaged was forced in my mailbox again. When I called the carrier supervisor he dismissed the problem. I am very disappointed with how this issue is being handled.

Great to have fast, friendly service and always a smile. Inside of the Hardware Store, so nice and clean. Inside drop picks up at 11 am and 4:30 pm while outside mail box picks up at 4:30. Have had a PO Box here since before the Post Office moved from across the street and always have had great service.
I been customer for many years and they are always friendly&helpful.
