OMG! Do not EVER take your business here!! I asked for my sons baby braclet to get engraved before Christmas. It looked like a five year old did it. Not what I asked for. Then, I called and got very upset with the lady on the phone about it. She told me the owner would get back to me. I called back 4 weeks later after no response. Guess what? STILL no response and its APRIL. What a joke of a staff and ownership in North Myrtle beach. Your ignorant if you give this place you money.
They helped me when I was in a bind and were very fast and did great work! I would absolutely go back to Cole's Jewelers for jewelry repair. They repaired a vintage ring for me I made it look good as new. Thank you for the wonderful service.
I took a ring to get resized and got it back a few days later... All I can say is, "WOW!" They did an awesome job! I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost as well. I will definitely recommend Cole's Jewelers to my friends and family.
