Recently went for free makovers with my daughter...it was so much fun! I usually shop Ulta for makeup and beauty accessories
Never greeted when I'm in this Ulta, I also feel like a huge bother whenever I ask about a certain product. I've never felt this way in any other Ulta.
I had a appointment to get my eyebrows done there and the lady that did them did a awesome jobs!and I had to call them last minute to get my makup done for my wedding because the lady that was supposed to do it canceled 2 hour before! They did all me and my bridesmaids in a very short time! Everybody was very nice!
This place is HORRIBLE. Not only is the store lacking in the managing department but the salon is as well. My hair was on the brink of falling out after leaving the salon from a color and they still made me pay for the service, even after explaining the situation to the manager. The only reason I would ever return to shop here is because the lady from Clinique, otherwise I hope this disgrace to Ulta is shut down soon.
For my wedding day at north myrtle beach I chose to make an appointment at ultra to get my hair styled and individual eye lashes application. The staff was so very nice and the stylist that styled my hair was so very sweet and is so talented. It was VERY windy on my wedding day on the beach but my hair did not budge from the updo she done. She styled it exactly like the picture I showed her. It was everything! The lady at the eyebrow station applied my lashes for me and when she couldn't get the lashes quite right she got someone else to do them for me so they would look really good for my special day. Everyone worked as a team to make sure I was set for my big day! Wonderful service!
