Dealing with Ductworks Heating and Cooling has been a pleasurable experience. They are a timely, professional, a well educated group of individuals that make for a great team. Cameron Hinson, the owner, his brother Tracey along with Trevor and Drew made my new CHA project and cleanup after Mathew and the King Tide Flood last year much easier than anticipated. Trevor provided a Preventive Maintenance call for our 2 HVAC Systems and our Split Air System; he was very professional, courteous and thorough. Trevor brought me in the attic during the inspection process to show me and explain issues that could cause us problems in the future; He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Thanks Trevor for a job well done.
For no charge, Trevor did an in-attic evaluation of our duct system following a rodent infestation to determine if any ducts/insulation had been damaged. He also replaced, for a very reasonable amount, three air duct ceiling registers with ones with adjustable vanes to redirect air and eliminated drafts in part of the bedroom. In addition, he provided a lot of valuable information about other aspects of the system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will call on Ductworks again for HVAC service.
