The customer service here has to be the worst I have ever experienced. I have been in here a few times only because it is the only one closest. I have encountered one helpful employee since Reggie left. The new manager waited on me today and I have never felt so rushed in my life. I bought a case and he didn't even offer me a bag or ask if I would like him to put it on my phone.
Not everyone there is on the same page as far as understanding their job but as a whole that's not something AT&T is good at anyway.
Anthony helped us and was very knowlegable and helpfull.

Giving AT&T a horrible name.. service was beyond acceptable.. why build a giant store for such terrible service?
