Had a small nail on my brand new tire, so I came here this morning to get it plugged and Tom at the desk was so sweet! I explained to him I've been to other tire places that have haggled me because they didn't think I knew anything about my car and got what I like to call "the woman treatment". This place was 100% different! Everyone was so friendly. It also worked out great because my tire wasn't punctured from the small nail and he charged me nothing for them taking it out. 100% recommend this place and will be coming back!!! Thanks again :)
Very good group of honest guys. They helped me out when my car developed a massive oil leak when I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach. They replaced the leaking oil filter, changed my oil and got me back on the road quickly. I appreciate their help and will be back if I ever need any automotive work when I am in Myrtle Beach. On the last day of vacation in Myrtle Beach my alternator died. We were 12 hours from home with nowhere to stay as we had to check out of our resort by 11 that morning. Tom was very helpful and reassured us that they were there to help us. Mike the manager took our car right in and Jason the mechanic had it fixed and back on the road within 3 hours. Excellent service and excellent staff!
