We are very responsible customers and purchased the rental for trips to the store and inlet. The golf cart turned out to be very slow. It would accelerate normally, but they obviously have adjusted the throttle to reduce speed and gas usage. Owner would not offer to speed it up and couldn't exchange it for another. It simply just wasn't worth the money.
this place was AWFUL!!!!!!! First off I reserved a 4 person lifted golf cart, what I received was a standard golf cart with tires meant for a lifted golf cart. I'm not stupid I know the difference the tires rubbed the fenders and the golf cart had some problems besides just that. We called and explained everything. Was promised a refund but instead my card was charged the full amount. After letting them know about it they tried to say it was refunded back like I don't understand what a negative sign looks like next to the amount or I don't know my own bank account. Then promised a refund again n transfer the would process in 24hours. None the less I'll be disputing the charges!!!! Do yourself a favor go to Grahms Golf Cart rentals! They are professional and knowledgeable! Way better prices and way better people.
